Cement dust is very fine and sticky, which can cause both pollution and explosion hazards. Most cement plants use a silo-top dust collector. We select bag materials based on your gas temperature and acidity. Explosion-proof features, including explosion panels and explosion-proof motors, are added to enhance safety. After installation, your workshop air quality improves, and you can recover cement, reducing waste. We support OEM orders. Minimum order is 1 piece.

For cement dust, we suggest anti-static membrane bags. The membrane prevents clogging, and the anti-static feature reduces explosion risk.

We provide free design and full customization. Each unit is inspected before packing, and third-party inspections are welcome. Non-worn parts have a 1-year warranty. Our dedicated after-sales team consults with you before purchase to confirm your dust load and silo size. During production, we send progress photos. After delivery, we answer questions promptly.

Shipping is available under FOB or EXW terms. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance; custom orders require 50% deposit. Bulk orders receive discounts. We accept RMB and USD. Standard delivery is 7–10 days; custom orders take 7–15 days. We manufacture 60 machines per month to ensure timely delivery.
