Our mining dust collector is designed for high dust concentrations. In mines, crushing, screening, and material transport generate large amounts of dust. Inlet dust can reach 300 to 1000 grams per cubic meter. Our collector features a large filter area and high air speed to capture dust immediately. It is suitable for iron, coal, and limestone mines. Moisture-resistant and anti-stick treatments are available, allowing installation outdoors. We support OEM orders. Minimum order is 1 piece.

Mining dust is heavy and hazardous. We use thicker steel and wear-resistant treatments for our mining dust collector. For filter bags, we recommend anti-static materials to prevent dust explosions. Explosion-proof motors and valves can also be added for enhanced safety.

We provide free design support and customization. Each unit is inspected before packing, and third-party inspections are welcome. Non-worn parts have a 1-year warranty. Our dedicated after-sales team tracks your order, sends photos during production, and promptly resolves any issues.

Shipping is available under FOB or EXW terms. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance; custom orders require 50% deposit. Bulk orders receive discounts. We accept RMB and USD. Standard delivery is 7–10 days; custom orders take 7–15 days. We manufacture 60 machines per month to ensure timely delivery.
