Our sales team consults with you before your purchase to confirm your needs and pricing. During production, we provide photos of your order. After purchase, we respond promptly to any questions.
Shipping is available under FOB or EXW terms. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For custom items, payment is 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. Large orders qualify for discounts. We accept RMB and USD. Small items are packed in wooden cases; larger items use protective film. Standard delivery is 7–10 days; custom orders take 7–15 days.
