Every bag undergoes a 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspections are also available. Our dedicated after-sales team contacts you before the sale to understand your needs. During production, we track progress and provide photos. After the sale, we resolve any issues promptly.
Shipping is available under FOB or EXW terms. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance; custom orders require 50% deposit. Large orders receive discounts. We accept RMB and USD. Small items are packed in wooden cases; larger items use protective film. Standard delivery is 7–10 days; custom orders take 7–15 days. We produce 40,000 accessory sets per month to ensure timely delivery.
