This cyclone separator has no filter bags, cartridges, or moving parts, making it virtually maintenance-free. It is designed to handle large particles and heavy dust, with high separation efficiency. The inner walls are treated for wear resistance, and the unit can handle hot gas. Discharge occurs through a valve at the bottom, which seals and releases dust smoothly. No consumables are required, keeping running costs extremely low.

A single industrial cyclone cannot meet emission standards by itself. It removes only large particles. A baghouse or cartridge collector is still required downstream. Using a cyclone as a pre-filter reduces dust load on the main filter, extending filter life.

We provide free design and custom sizing based on your air volume and dust type. Each unit is inspected before packing, and third-party inspection is welcome. Non-worn parts have a 1-year warranty. A dedicated after-sales team confirms your dust size and volume before shipping.
