The powder coated filter cage is an upgrade over galvanized cages. It features a high-temperature electrostatic powder coating, which adheres evenly and strongly to the surface. This coating resists acid, alkali, and oxidation, making it ideal for wet or corrosive gases.
The surface is smooth with no burrs, protecting your filter bag and reducing wear. Welds are strong, and the cage maintains high structural strength, resisting bending under heavy use. It also offers insulation and anti-static properties, making it suitable for high-temperature dust collection.
OEM services are supported. Minimum order: 1 piece. Non-worn parts carry a 1-year warranty.
