1. Startup Sequence
First, switch on the downstream fan, then activate the power supply for the filtration unit. Operation with reverse airflow is strictly prohibited, as it may result in damage to the filter media. Only after the system has stabilized (approximately 3 minutes) may the pollutant source equipment be connected.

2. Operational Monitoring
Record differential pressure readings once per hour; when the differential pressure reaches 1.5 times the initial value, preparations should be made to replace the filter media. When processing high-temperature exhaust gases (>60°C), the cooling system must be activated in advance to prevent the filter media from melting. For the food and pharmaceutical industries, it is recommended to conduct daily spot checks of emission concentrations using a portable particulate matter detector.

3. Shutdown Procedure
First, shut off the pollutant source, then keep the fan running for 10 minutes to purge any residual exhaust gases. During winter, if the system is to be shut down for more than 8 hours, drain the condensate water to prevent pipework from freezing and cracking. For long-term storage, remove the filter media, seal them securely, and place a desiccant inside the filtration unit housing.
