Dust Collection Equipment is designed to meet your exact needs. For a mining project, we designed a system covering eight dust points. This included a jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, and three belt conveyor transfer points. We balanced the airflow and velocity at each point. The total system airflow was 150,000 m³/h. After installation, the dust concentration in the workshop dropped from 85mg/m³ to 4.5mg/m³. This is far below the national standard. Our factory has strong duct design capabilities and extensive installation experience. We calculate duct routing, elbow angles, and pipe diameters step by step. Our technical team provides precise solutions for main unit selection and discharge methods.

For the Dust Collection Equipment, we use wear-resistant steel for the ductwork. Elbows are thickened or fitted with wear liners. This doubles the service life compared to standard ducts. The system can be equipped with a PLC controller. This enables variable frequency fan control, differential pressure monitoring, and automatic pulse cleaning. This allows for unattended operation.
