Traditional shaker or reverse-air cleaning systems have limited efficiency. In contrast, our pulse jet system uses high-pressure compressed air. The air is released in a sudden burst, creating a shock wave. This shakes the filter bags violently. The dust cake falls off in large pieces. Cleaning is thorough and does not affect continuous operation. Each pulse valve controls one row of bags. The pulse controller precisely sets the sequence, interval, and width. This balances air consumption and cleaning effectiveness.

We have extensive experience with the Pulse Jet Bag Filter. For mining and crushing applications, we use a large filtration area and high air-to-cloth ratio. This handles inlet dust concentrations from 300 to 1000g/m³. For flammable wood dust, we equip the unit with anti-static bags and explosion-proof valves. For fine and sticky cement dust, we adjust the cleaning pressure and bag spacing to ensure thorough cleaning. Since our factory opened in 2018, this filter has been exported to Indonesia, Brazil, and Vietnam. Our customers there have given us great feedback. Our 4,000-square-meter factory produces about 60 complete units per month. We use CNC cutting machines and automated welding equipment. Every unit is fully inspected before it is packed.
