The Dust Extraction System is specifically designed for welding fumes. Welding fume particles are extremely fine. Most are between 0.1 and 0.4 microns. Regular filter media cannot capture them effectively. Our product uses PTFE membrane filters or nanofiber cartridges. These materials achieve over 99.9% filtration efficiency for sub-micron particles. The outlet concentration stays below 5mg/m³. This protects workers from long-term health risks. We offer both mobile and fixed configurations. The mobile type has a flexible extraction arm. It can reach any welding position easily. This is ideal for large workpieces in steel structure or shipyard applications. The fixed type works best for robotic welding lines or multi-station central collection.

Mobile and Fixed Configurations for Any Shop

 

The mobile Dust Extraction System comes with a universal joint arm. The arm can rotate and position in any direction. The standard length is 2 to 4 meters. This covers a circular area of 4 to 8 meters in diameter. The hood at the end has an adjustable damper. You can change the airflow based on the weld position. The capture rate exceeds 95%. For automated welding shops, we design central systems. One main unit can cover 8 to 12 welding stations. For example, we designed a system for six robotic welding machines. Each robot had a fixed hood. The total airflow was 42,000 m³/h. The workshop fume concentration dropped from 12mg/m³ to 1.8mg/m³. This is far below the national limit.

 

Quiet Operation and Easy Customization

 

Our Dust Extraction System operates below 75 decibels. This does not interfere with normal communication in the workshop. We offer many customization options. The extraction arm length can be customized from 2 to 6 meters. For stainless steel welding, we upgrade to a higher filtration grade. This ensures safe handling of hexavalent chromium fumes. For aluminum welding, we add a flashback arrestor. This prevents hydrogen explosion risks. For multi-station collection, we design the duct network to balance airflow at every point. The housing can be carbon steel or stainless steel. We can add a variable frequency drive to save energy based on actual usage.
