High Temperature Dust Collectors

The High Temperature Dust Collectors are specially developed for high-temperature flue gas. This is not a single product. It is a series of baghouse collectors with high-temperature filter bags. They run stable at temperatures from 260℃ to 350℃. We offer several high-temperature filter media. PTFE works continuously at 260℃. Basalt works at 350℃. P84 works at 240℃. Meta works at 204℃. Fiberglass felt works at 180℃. This range covers almost every industrial high-temperature application. For coal-fired boilers and waste incinerators, we recommend PTFE bags with a stainless steel housing. PTFE resists almost all acid and alkali corrosion. Its service life exceeds 3 years in such conditions.

Our High Temperature Dust Collectors are backed by extensive application data. For cement kilns with high alkali content, Meta felt is a proven choice. Its thermal shrinkage is less than 1%. This ensures excellent dimensional stability. For sintering machines in steel plants, we recommend Basalt for its extreme temperature resistance. Our 4,000-square-meter factory has 20 skilled workers. They strictly control each production step. Every unit gets a full inspection before shipment. Monthly production is about 60 units. Standard products ship in 7-10 days. Custom orders take 7-15 days. We support FOB and EXW trade terms.
