Product Overview
Single machine dust collector is a compact dedusting unit that integrates dust housing, fan, motor, filter bag (or filter cartridge), and hopper on one base. Dust-laden gas enters the housing from the inlet, passes through the filter, and is discharged directly by the fan. Dust falls into the hopper or collection drawer. The unit runs once connected to power, suitable for local dedusting at a single dust-generating machine or local dust point. It is designed as a one-machine-one-unit solution, not for multi-station or portable operation.

Installation & Maintenance Access
• Installation position: the unit is placed next to the dust-generating machine. No external ducting or separate fan is required. The inlet is connected directly to the machine outlet or a short hood.
• One-machine-one-unit: each unit serves one dust-generating machine or one local dust point. If multiple machines share one dedusting unit, a portable or central system should be compared.
• Cleaning method: mechanical shaking type has a simple structure and suits intermittent dust-generating equipment. Pulse-jet type cleans more thoroughly and suits continuous operation or sticky dust.
• Dust collection: hopper type suits larger dust volumes and can be fitted with a rotary valve for continuous discharge. Drawer type suits small dust volumes and manual periodic emptying.
• Maintenance access: drawer type needs front access for pulling out the drawer. Hopper type needs space below for the discharge device. Filter replacement needs space above or beside the housing.
• Filtration area and filtration velocity are matched to the air volume of the dust-generating machine.
• For fixed small industrial layout with multiple dust points, small industrial dust collectors can be compared. For movable operation, portable dust collection units can be compared.

FAQ
Q: What installation conditions are needed for a single machine dust collector?
A: The unit is placed next to the dust-generating machine, with the inlet connected to the machine outlet or a short hood. No external ducting or separate fan is required. Maintenance access is needed for filter replacement and dust discharge: drawer type needs front access; hopper type needs space below for the discharge device.
Q: How to choose between mechanical shaking and pulse jet?
A: Mechanical shaking type has a simple structure and suits intermittent dust-generating equipment. Pulse-jet type cleans more thoroughly and suits continuous operation or sticky dust. If the machine runs continuously or dust is sticky, pulse-jet is preferred. If the machine runs intermittently and dust is dry, mechanical shaking is sufficient.
