Portable Industrial Dust Collector

Portable industrial dust collector is a movable dedusting unit with casters, integrating fan, motor, filter unit, and collection box on one frame. Braked casters allow movement within the workshop and locking at the target position. The suction hood connects to the dust point through a hose or universal suction arm. Dust-laden gas enters the housing, passes through the filter, and clean air is discharged or returned to the workshop. The unit is designed as a general-purpose portable dedusting platform, and the filter and structure can be configured to different workshop conditions.

• Structure choice: internal (IS) or external (ES) structure. IS structure has the filter unit inside the housing, compact footprint. ES structure has the filter unit outside the housing, easier access for filter replacement and maintenance. Extended IS/ES optional for taller installation space.
• Filter choice: filter cartridge for fine dust and space-limited locations; filter bag for high-concentration and fibrous dust.
• Suction arm connection: unit can be connected to a hose or a universal suction arm. If the suction arm needs to hold at different angles across multiple stations, a portable workshop dust extractor can be compared.
• Optional modules: activated carbon filter for odor or oil mist; differential pressure gauge for filter replacement timing; pulse solenoid valve for automatic cleaning.
• Mobility: braked casters allow the unit to be moved between dust points and locked in place.
• For metal dust with sparks or combustible metal dust, flame arrestor mesh and explosion-proof configuration should be evaluated separately.

After suction arm assembly, each unit is checked for rotation flexibility and hold positioning, confirming no self-dropping at any angle. Hose-to-hood connection is checked for sealing. After fan assembly, test run with current and suction volume recorded. 100% powered test run before packing, confirming movement, locking, suction, and cleaning action. Third-party inspection accepted. The factory has supplied this unit to welding, grinding, and metalworking workshops, and uses this field data to match arm length and fan power.
