The Mining Dust Collection Systems are engineered for the harsh conditions in mines. Crushing and screening produce three major challenges. First, dust concentrations are extremely high, often between 300 and 1000g/m³. Second, particles are very hard and abrasive. Third, many mines have high humidity or sulfur corrosion. Our Mining Dust Collection Systems address all three issues. We use a larger filtration area and a higher air-to-cloth ratio. The unit size is one or two sizes larger than standard models for the same airflow. For a iron ore crushing station in Hebei, the inlet dust concentration was 680g/m³. After our system started, the outlet concentration dropped to 18mg/m³. This unit has run for 16 months without bag replacement.

Wear-Resistant and Explosion-Proof Design

 

We add wear liners to the internal parts of our Mining Dust Collection Systems. All elbows use thicker steel plates. These are designed for easy replacement. This extends the equipment life by 3 to 5 years compared to standard units. Coal mines and sulfide ore mines need explosion protection. Our system includes explosion vents and explosion-proof motors. The filter bags are made of anti-static material. This prevents static sparks from igniting dust. For underground mining, we offer a compact design. The height and width can be reduced to fit mine cage dimensions. For wet or sulfur-containing conditions, we offer 304 or 316 stainless steel housings.

 

On-Site Survey and Custom Design

 

We offer free on-site surveys for the Mining Dust Collection Systems. Our technicians visit your site to measure dust points, concentration, particle size, and moisture. We then design the right model, filter area, and fan power. The unit dimensions can be adjusted to your available space. For low-ceiling buildings, we use a squat design. For outdoor installation, we add a rain cover and insulation. We support OEM orders. The minimum order quantity is one piece. We provide a one-year warranty on non-consumable parts.
