High Performance Dust Collectors

The High Performance Dust Collectors refer to all filtration units that achieve ultra-low emissions. In our product line, this includes two main types. One is the PTFE membrane baghouse. The other is the nanofiber cartridge collector. Both achieve emission concentrations below 5mg/m³. This is far below standard environmental requirements. PTFE membrane is our core solution. The microporous membrane has pores of only 1 to 2 microns. Dust is captured on the surface. It does not penetrate deep into the filter media. This gives very high efficiency. The pressure drop remains low after cleaning. Our PTFE membrane bags work continuously at 260℃. They resist almost all acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

Our High Performance Dust Collectors have been tested in challenging conditions. For a coal-fired power plant in Indonesia, we provided PTFE membrane bags. The emission concentration dropped from 45mg/m³ to 2.8mg/m³. The bags ran for 27 months without replacement. Previously, the imported brand bags lasted only 18 months. The nanofiber cartridge is another high-performance option. We use electrospinning technology. This creates a nanofiber web on the filter surface. The filtration precision is one grade higher than standard cartridges. It works well for welding fume and ultra-fine metal dust. The pleated structure gives 3 to 5 times more filter area than bags of the same volume. This reduces the equipment footprint significantly.

Each of our High Performance Dust Collectors undergoes third-party testing before delivery. We ensure every unit meets the emission targets in the contract. We offer a one-year warranty on the complete unit. The filter media are guaranteed for at least two years under normal working conditions. We also support custom configurations. You can choose the membrane thickness and coating process. We can add online pressure monitoring, remote data transmission, and fault alerts. For projects with very strict requirements, we can add a secondary filtration system as backup.
