Portable dust collector with HEPA filter is based on the standard portable dust collector, with the main filter unit upgraded to a HEPA high-efficiency cartridge. Dust-laden gas passes through pre-filtration and HEPA filtration in two stages. Filtration efficiency for 0.3 μm particles can reach 99.97% or above. The unit has casters and can be moved within the workshop, suitable for dust points with high air cleanliness requirements.

• In welding fume and grinding dust, submicron particles account for a high proportion; standard cartridges have limited capture capability for these particles.

Before HEPA cartridge installation, each piece is checked for sealing, confirming no bypass at cartridge end cap and housing connection. After assembly, a dust generation test is performed with a particle counter to detect outlet air particle concentration, confirming filtration efficiency ≥99.97%. Fan test run records current and air volume. 100% powered test run before packing. Third-party inspection accepted. The factory has supplied this unit to welding, pharmaceutical, and food processing workshops, and uses particle counter test records from these projects to confirm HEPA sealing performance.
