Mining Dust Collection System

The Mining Dust Collection System is our specialized product for harsh mining conditions. Compared to Product 8, this unit focuses more on high-concentration and high-negative-pressure applications. Crushing and screening produce dust concentrations between 300 and 1000g/m³. This is much higher than typical industrial dust. Our Mining Dust Collection System uses a larger filtration area and a higher air-to-cloth ratio. The unit size is one or two sizes larger than standard models. We have supplied this system to iron ore, coal, and limestone mines in Hebei, Shanxi, and Inner Mongolia. Our customers have given us positive feedback on its performance.

We have strengthened the wear protection on our Mining Dust Collection System. We add wear liners inside the unit. All elbows use thicker steel plates. The discharge outlets are made of wear-resistant material. This extends the service life by 3 to 5 years compared to standard units. For coal mines and sulfide ore mines, we include explosion vents and explosion-proof motors. The filter bags are anti-static. This eliminates the risk of static sparks. For wet or sulfur-containing conditions, we offer 304 or 316 stainless steel housings. This greatly improves corrosion resistance.

We offer free design and on-site surveying for the Mining Dust Collection System. Our technicians visit your site to measure dust points, concentration, and particle size. We then determine the right model, filter area, and fan power. The unit dimensions can be adjusted to fit your available space. For low-ceiling areas, we use a squat design. For outdoor areas, we add a rain cover and insulation. The filter media are selected based on temperature and corrosiveness. Discharge options include rotary valves, screw conveyors, or pneumatic conveying. We support OEM orders with a minimum quantity of one piece.
