Deep Treatment for High-Concentration VOCs

 

The Catalytic Oxidation Equipment is our deep-treatment solution for VOCs. It treats medium to high-concentration organic gases. The catalyst lowers the activation energy for oxidation. Self-Sustaining Operation and Low Energy Use

 

The Catalytic Oxidation Equipment has a modular design. The catalytic bed can be pulled out for inspection and replacement. This makes maintenance very easy. The housing is made of high-temperature stainless steel. The insulation layer keeps the outer surface temperature at ambient plus 25℃. This ensures safety and reduces heat loss. A heat exchanger preheats the incoming gas using the heat from oxidation. When the VOC concentration reaches a certain level, the system runs self-sustaining. It needs almost no extra fuel. For a packaging printing plant in Zhejiang, we supplied a unit with 30,000 m³/h airflow. The inlet VOC concentration was about 1,200mg/m³. The outlet dropped to 18mg/m³. The reduction rate was 98.5%. The unit only needed heating for about 1 hour at start-up. After that, it ran on its own reaction heat. The hourly power consumption was only 45 kWh.

 

Custom Catalyst and Heat Exchange Design

 

The Catalytic Oxidation Equipment is customized based on your gas composition. The catalyst formula is selected for your specific VOCs. This ensures optimal activity. The heat exchanger area is calculated based on your concentration and self-sustaining needs. The unit size is based on airflow and available space. The control system includes temperature interlocks, over-temperature alarms, and auto-shutdown protection. Our minimum order is one piece. The catalyst is warranted for 8,000 hours. The complete unit has a one-year warranty.
