The Workshop Dust Collection Systems are our most comprehensive solutions. They cover the entire workshop from source control to final emission. This includes capture hoods, duct networks, the main collector, fan, discharge unit, and automation controls. This product is ideal for new factories or complete workshop renovations. We start by mapping your workshop layout. We identify every dust-producing machine. We note the dust type, volume, and airflow needs. We then design the optimal duct network. Our duct design follows three rules. First, keep horizontal runs short to reduce dust buildup. Second, use elbows with a radius at least twice the pipe diameter. Third, maintain main duct velocity at 18 to 22m/s to prevent settlement.

Our Workshop Dust Collection Systems have delivered great results. For an auto parts factory in Tianjin, we designed a full system for a 6,000-square-meter workshop. The workshop had three shot blasting machines, twelve grinding stations, six welding robots, and one sandblasting room. We used different collector types for different zones. We linked the dampers so each zone got the right airflow. After startup, the workshop dust concentration was 3.7mg/m³. This is far below the national standard. The total system cost was 1.68 million RMB. The customer calculated a payback period of only 1.7 years. The savings came from reduced health risks, better product quality, and recovery of valuable metal dust.

The Workshop Dust Collection Systems are installed in phases. The main duct and collector are installed during scheduled shutdowns. Branch ducts and hoods are installed during daily breaks. For a medium-sized workshop, installation takes 10 to 15 working days. Our PLC control system links each dust source to the main unit. The system starts when a machine starts. It stops when the machine stops. This saves energy. We also add online pressure monitoring and emission monitors. All data can be sent to the central control room.
