It has lower pressure drop. It is designed for large airflow, low concentration air purification. It is often installed in HVAC systems or ventilation ducts. Our product use honeycomb activated carbon. The honeycomb structure gives very low airflow resistance. This makes it suitable for high-volume applications. The housing can be galvanized steel or aluminum alloy. This keeps the weight low and makes installation easy.

Our Industrial Carbon Adsorption Systems have high carbon fill volume. The iodine value is above 800mg/g. They effectively remove odors, ozone, and low-concentration VOCs. In electronics clean rooms, laboratory ventilation, and office HVAC systems, our units remove outdoor pollutants and indoor odors. The structure is compact. You can change the carbon by simply opening the access door and pulling out the drawers. We have many standard sizes in stock. We can also customize the size based on your installation space and airflow requirements. The minimum order is one piece.

The Industrial Carbon Adsorption Systems come with a one-year warranty on the unit. The carbon is a consumable item. We provide recommended replacement schedules based on your specific conditions. The replacement interval is typically 6 to 12 months. You can check the carbon condition by looking for hardening, color change, or weight loss. For higher pollutant loads, the interval may be 3 to 6 months. We support export orders. All units are packed in standard wooden crates. The crates are fumigated to meet export requirements.
