Dynamic Wet Scrubber

Angran has been manufacturing dynamic wet scrubbers for 8 years. Our factory is located in Botou, Hebei, and we have a dedicated R&D team.

 

This tower sprays a fine mist of liquid while waste gas enters from the bottom. Gas and liquid mix thoroughly, allowing the tower to absorb acid mist, alkali mist, dust, grease smoke, and paint mist. Packing material inside the tower increases contact area and improves absorption efficiency. The water in the tank recirculates, saving water.

 

We use PP, fiberglass, and stainless steel for construction, which resist acids and alkalis and ensure long service life. We support OEM and ODM orders. Minimum order is 1 piece. Free samples are available.

The dynamic wet scrubber is ideal for soluble gases, such as acid and alkali mist. It also cools hot gas as it passes through the tower.

We provide free design and custom sizes. Each unit is inspected before packing, and third-party inspections are welcome. Non-worn parts have a 1-year warranty. Our dedicated after-sales team confirms your gas chemistry before purchase, provides progress updates during production, and resolves any issues after delivery.

Shipping is available under FOB or EXW terms. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance; custom orders require 50% deposit. Bulk orders receive discounts. We accept RMB and USD. Small parts are packed in wooden cases; large units use protective film. Standard delivery is 7–10 days; custom orders take 7–15 days. We manufacture 60 machines per month to ensure timely delivery.
