Plastic injection machines heat plastic, producing grease smoke, VOCs, and strong odors. Our system collects these gases using hoods and transports them through pipes to the treatment unit. Common treatment combinations include a spray tower, dry filter, and carbon or catalytic oxidation, effectively removing smoke and odors. Your workshop air will be cleaner, with no stinging smells.
A pre-filter is included to capture oil mist, protecting downstream equipment from clogging. The system is anti-static, fire-proof, and explosion-proof. We support OEM and ODM. Minimum order is 1 piece, and free samples are available. Non-worn parts have a 1-year warranty.

Optional Electrostatic Precipitator for Heavy Oil Smoke
Injection molding gas is often hot and oily. For high oil smoke volumes, we recommend adding an electrostatic oil mist cleaner plus a carbon bed.
We provide free design and custom sizes. Each unit is checked before packing, and third-party inspections are welcome. Our dedicated after-sales team confirms your plastic type and number of machines before purchase, sends progress updates during production, and resolves any issues afterward.
Shipping is FOB or EXW. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance; custom orders require 50% deposit. Bulk orders receive discounts. We accept RMB and USD. Small units are packed in wooden cases; large ones use protective film. Standard delivery is 7–10 days; custom builds take 7–15 days. We produce 60 machines per month.
