The industrial activated carbon adsorption box captures organic waste gas using high-surface-area activated carbon. As the gas passes through, the carbon traps organic compounds. This unit is ideal for low-concentration, high-volume organic gases. It operates silently, with no consumables other than periodic carbon replacement.

We offer carbon steel, 201 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, and PP materials. The vertical layout saves space, and the adsorption units are drawer-style. Carbon can be replaced from the side without disassembling the machine. We support OEM orders. Minimum order is 1 piece.

We provide free design for each industrial activated carbon adsorption box. Optional pre-filters can prevent paint mist from clogging the carbon.

Each unit is inspected before packing, and third-party inspections are welcome. Non-worn parts have a 1-year warranty. Our dedicated after-sales team confirms your gas concentration and air volume before purchase, provides progress updates during production, and resolves any issues after delivery.

Shipping is available under FOB or EXW terms. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance; custom orders require 50% deposit. Bulk orders receive discounts. We accept RMB and USD. Standard delivery is 7–10 days; custom orders take 7–15 days. We manufacture 60 machines per month to ensure timely delivery.
