This system is designed to handle paint mist, benzene, toluene, xylene, VOCs, and strong odors. The process begins with a pre-filter, which can be a water curtain or a dry filter to capture paint dust. This protects downstream equipment from clogging.
High cleaning efficiency and complete odor removal ensure emissions stay within regulatory limits. Your workshop air will remain clean and odor-free. Safety features include flame arrestors, explosion vents, and anti-static components for flammable paint exhaust. The system's main treatment step can include carbon adsorption, catalytic oxidation, UV, or a spray tower, depending on your needs. It works for both small and large paint booths. OEM support is available, with a minimum order of 1 piece. Free samples can be provided, and non-worn parts have a 1-year warranty.

Our paint booth exhaust treatment system uses layered interception for extended consumable life and low running costs. Each unit undergoes inspection before packing, and third-party checks are welcome.

Shipping is FOB or EXW. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance; custom orders require 50% deposit. Bulk orders receive discounts. We accept RMB and USD. Small units ship in wooden cases; large units use protective film. Standard delivery is 7–10 days; custom builds take 7–15 days. We produce 60 machines per month.
