Anti-Static Dust Filter Bags

The Anti-Static Dust Filter Bags are designed for flammable and explosive dust. Conductive fibers are woven into the filter media. Some bags have a conductive coating. This keeps the surface resistance below 10⁶Ω. Static electricity from dust friction is released quickly. This removes the risk of static sparks that could cause explosions. Our product come in three materials. PTFE offers the best overall performance. It resists high temperature (260℃) and corrosion. It is ideal for chemical plants with flammable gases. Fiberglass felt is an economical option. It works at 180℃ and resists acids and alkalis. Basalt works at 350℃ for very high temperature applications.

We supplied PTFE anti-static bags to a pesticide intermediate plant in Jiangsu. The dryer exhaust contained flammable organic vapors and fine dust. The plant had safety concerns with their previous bags. After installing our Anti-Static Dust Filter Bags, the safety level improved significantly. The system has run safely for three years. Fiberglass felt works at 180℃ and is good for cement, coal, and metallurgy. Basalt works at 350℃ for smelting and other high-heat applications. All three materials have surface resistance below 10⁶Ω. We can customize the size and cuff style. We also offer combined functions like anti-static plus water/oil repellency. This is useful for high-humidity or oily conditions.
