Fiberglass felt is an economical option. It works at 180℃ and resists acids and alkalis. Basalt works at 350℃ for very high temperature applications.

Proven Performance in Real Applications

 

We supplied PTFE anti-static bags to a pesticide intermediate plant in Jiangsu. The dryer exhaust contained flammable organic vapors and fine dust. The plant had safety concerns with their previous bags. After installing our Anti-Static Dust Filter Bags, the safety level improved significantly. The system has run safely for three years. We test every batch of anti-static bags according to national standards. Each shipment comes with a test report. This confirms the conductivity meets the requirements. Our bags can be made in any size. We can also add water-repellent and oil-repellent treatments.

 

Material Options for Different Conditions

 

Our Anti-Static Dust Filter Bags are available in PTFE, fiberglass felt, and basalt. PTFE works at 260℃ and resists almost all chemicals. Fiberglass felt works at 180℃ and is good for cement, coal, and metallurgy. Basalt works at 350℃ for smelting and other high-heat applications. All three materials have surface resistance below 10⁶Ω. We can customize the size and cuff style. We also offer combined functions like anti-static plus water/oil repellency. This is useful for high-humidity or oily conditions. Our minimum order is one piece.
