The Rubber Plant Emission Purifiers are designed for the rubber industry. Rubber plant emissions come from many sources. These include mixing mills, internal mixers, curing presses, and extruders. The gas contains VOCs, hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, mercaptans, and amines. These are strong odor compounds. Concentrations vary widely. The treatment is challenging. Our Rubber Plant Emission Purifiers use a combination of processes. The standard configuration is wet scrubbing plus UV oxidation plus activated carbon adsorption. The wet scrubber uses caustic solution to remove hydrogen sulfide and particles. It also cools the gas.
Multi-Stage Process for Complete Removal
The UV oxidation stage in our Rubber Plant Emission Purifiers uses ultraviolet light to break down complex organic sulfides. These become odorless or low-odor compounds. The activated carbon stage provides final polishing. For high-concentration applications, we can add catalytic combustion for deep treatment. For a tire plant in Hebei, we supplied a system covering mixing, curing, and extrusion workshops. After startup, the boundary odor dropped from 2,800 (dimensionless) to below 120. This met the rubber industry emission standard. The system uses PLC automatic control. Operating parameters are monitored in real-time. Faults trigger automatic alarms.
