Easy Maintenance and Long Carbon Life

 

The filter pads in our Injection Molding Fume Scrubbers are in drawer-type frames. Replacement takes only minutes. The pads typically last 1-3 months. The carbon adsorption section uses honeycomb activated carbon. The iodine value is above 800mg/g. This gives high efficiency and low pressure drop. For a plastic plant in Zhejiang with 26 injection molding machines, we supplied a system with 56,000 m³/h airflow. Before treatment, the plastic odor was strong. Workers complained often. After startup, the air quality improved greatly. The outlet VOC dropped from 180mg/m³ to 35mg/m³. The customer passed environmental inspection. The filter pads were changed once in six months. Carbon replacement is expected at 8-10 months.

Each machine typically needs 500-2,000 m³/h airflow. We design the hoods and duct network based on your workshop layout. For styrene or other special VOCs, we can use modified carbon. We provide a one-year warranty on the complete unit. Our minimum order is one piece.
