Safe and Efficient Design

 

The carbon adsorption section of our Printing Industry Fume Extractors uses a drawer-type design. The carbon has an iodine value above 800mg/g. Adsorption efficiency for printing VOCs reaches over 90%. For higher concentrations, we add catalytic combustion regeneration. This allows the carbon to be reused many times. This greatly reduces operating costs. Safety is our top priority. We include flame arresters and explosion vents. The fan and motor are explosion-proof. The entire system is grounded. This prevents static sparks. For a plant in Guangdong with three gravure presses, we supplied a system with adsorption plus catalytic combustion. After startup, the workshop odor disappeared. The outlet VOC dropped below 40mg/m³. The customer passed local environmental inspection.

 

System Design for Multiple Presses

 

The Printing Industry Fume Extractors can handle multiple presses through one central system. We calculate the total airflow based on the number of presses and their running rates. We design the duct network to balance airflow at each press. For high-concentration or continuous operation, we recommend the catalytic combustion regeneration option. Carbon life extends to 2-3 years with regeneration. The control system can adjust operation based on press running status. This saves energy. Our minimum order is one piece. We provide a one-year warranty.
