Portable Wet Scrubber

Portable wet scrubber is a movable wet waste gas purification device, integrating scrubber, circulating water tank, pump, and fan on one movable frame. The unit has casters at the bottom and can be pushed next to the dust or gas generating station, connected by hose to the suction hood. Waste gas enters the scrubbing unit and contacts the spray liquid; pollutants are captured by droplets and fall into the circulating water tank. It is suitable for small gas volume and non-fixed stations, such as laboratory small-volume acid gas treatment, small electroplating tank acid fume purification, and workpiece cleaning station waste gas treatment.

• Integrated design: scrubber, circulating water tank, pump, and fan on one frame; unit runs after connecting power and water. For dispersed or frequently changed gas points, fixed duct installation cost is saved.
• PP tower and piping are corrosion-resistant to acid gas and alkali. PP applicable temperature range -10 to 120°C, covering most small waste gas treatment conditions.
• Scrubbing liquid is circulated in the tower; only water lost to evaporation and blowdown needs to be replenished. Circulating pump power is small, suitable for intermittent operation or small gas volume.
• Braked casters allow movement and locking at the target position; flexible layout for laboratories or small workshops.
• For concentrated gas points with large total air volume and long-term fixed operation, a fixed scrubber has advantages in energy consumption and operating cost.

After tower welding, weld seam sealing is checked. Circulating pump test run records flow. Spray system is tested for spray uniformity. 100% powered test run before packing, confirming movement, locking, spray, and circulation action. Third-party inspection accepted. The factory has supplied this unit to laboratories, small electroplating, and cleaning stations, and uses this field data to match tower size and circulating water tank capacity.
